Helix Steel is proud to announce that Dan Lucas has been promoted to Sales Manager. Lucas has long been a key sales representative at the concrete reinforcement innovator, working from the company’s early years of growth.
Helix Steel is pleased to announce the recent hires of Al Juarez and Thomas Lambert to the Helix sales team. They will be focusing on business development while continuing Helix Steel’s strong tradition of exemplary customer service and company growth.
Al Juarez comes to Helix Steel with 29 years of successful sales and marketing experience. He most recently worked at Viastore SYSTEMS Inc. where he was the Solutions Sales Director in Key Accounts. As a Sales Consultant based in Grand Rapids, Mr. Juarez will be responsible for developing new business relationships, promoting Helix® Micro Rebar™ reinforcement, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Mr. Juarez is a skillful sales professional with extensive experience in project development and management. Juarez has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. In his spare time, Al enjoys spending time with his wife Shawn and two sons, hiking, biking, reading, and leading a men’s group at his church. Juarez shared, “I am grateful to be working at Helix Steel. Luke has put his heart and soul into building an incredible organization. I feel extremely fortunate to be part of the team.”
Thomas “T.J.” Lambert comes to Helix Steel from NTH Consultants as a field review engineer bringing four years of professional experience working in the civil/geotechnical and industrial engineering industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience from Michigan State University. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mr. Lambert will be working as a Junior Inside Sales Representative focusing on developing new customer accounts and relationships with customers. He will also be hosting monthly lunch and learn seminars. In his spare time, Lambert enjoys fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and traveling. Lambert stated, “I am excited to be a part of the Helix Steel sales team. I have been involved in numerous large-scale projects in the industrial noise/acoustics and geotechnical fields. I am eager to use my experience in sales and engineering in my new position.”
