Position Overview

As a Territory Manager at Helix Steel, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market share within the construction industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to promote Helix Steel’s cutting-edge concrete reinforcement products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating more sustainable and resilient structures while advancing your career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key players, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities within the Territory construction market.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including contractors, architects, engineers, and construction firms.
  • Product Education: Become an expert on Helix Steel’s products and their advantages, and effectively communicate these benefits to potential clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process, from initial lead generation to closing deals, to achieve revenue targets and expand Helix Steel’s market presence.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to network, build Helix Steel’s reputation, and identify new business prospects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the concrete industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client base.
  • Knowledge of concrete construction and reinforcement is a plus.
