Ashley Capital/Oliver Hatcher once again partnered for the construction of this large building and Fessler & Bowman performed the concrete work.
The three buildings of this 120-acre site are situated on the northwest corner. The first building was completed in the spring of 2017; the second building in the fall of 2019; and the third building in 2020, bringing the total size of the park to 2.1 million square feet.
Notice the clean early entry saw-cuts applied by the contractor.
