The Muskoka Bay Condominiums set out to be a northern oasis for its residents with breathtaking views along with its gorgeous designs. With amenities such as a full 18-hole golf course, full service spa, and state of the art gym, the design and quality construction were extremely important. The use of both tilt panels from Tilt Wall Ontario and the use of Helix helped deliver value time and labor savings.
With the use of Helix in the exterior panels of its insulated tilt panels, Tilt Wall Ontario has helped to simplify its design and construction process to shorten the time on each project as well better utilize its workers on site. With over 26,000 sq. ft. of insulated panels on this project, Helix helped to deliver significant time savings that assisted delivering this project on time.
