The 100,000-square-foot facility’s implementation of Infinity Slab™ allowed for joint spacing of up to 100’. Infinity Slab™ is a Helix Steel engineering solution that uses a high dosage rate of Helix Micro Rebar and design acumen to give North Star Sheets’ warehouse many benefits: it does not require an SRA, it saves installation time and money, there are fewer joints and there is a reduction in future maintenance costs. Making this project possible was the cooperation from ready-mixer AVR.
