At 13,200 sq. ft., the Carew home is anything but typical. In addition to living areas, the residence has a 34 ft long indoor swimming pool, a full-size basketball court, a theater, wine cellar, and oval office with spectacular views of nearby Appleton, Wisconsin.

The foundation walls, which used the TF Forming System’s vertically-oriented ICF panel design, varied between 12 and 20 in thick. Helix Steel was added into the concrete ready mix trucks and pumped into each wall segment, as seen in the picture below.
